Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.Nothing in these terms and conditions affects the statutory rights of any consumer

Goods

We make every effort to display the products as accurately as possible however the goods you receive may differ slightly from the images shown on the website.
The goods are subject to availability.
If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and either offer a refund or discuss an alternative.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Prices are in pounds sterling.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of there being such a price increase, the buyer shall be entitled to cancel their order at any time before delivery.

Payment

You can pay for the goods by any method shown on the website and through Paypal.
We will not dispatch the goods until payment is received and funds are cleared.

Delivery

We aim to deliver goods as soon as possible, within seven working days, to the address provided on the order form. However, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to you through reasonable or unavoidable delayed delivery. We will, however, inform you of this where possible.
Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until the payment has been received in full
From the time of delivery, the goods are at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

If we are unable to carry out our obligations, we will notify you in writing. If we are still prevented 30 days from the date of such notice then either party may give notice canceling the agreement. If the agreement is cancelled in this way we accept no liability to compensate you for any loss or damage caused by failure to perform.
Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence we will not be liable to the buyer for any loss or damages suffered.

Distance Selling Regulations

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
You must inform us of this in writing, this includes email or letter. A phone call is not sufficient.
If you cancel after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. This does not include faulty goods.
You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the goods have been worn or soiled in any way and/or tags and labels have been removed and are not fit for resale.

General

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by any third party.
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by Pearl. Use of the site or its contents, including copying or downloading material, may only be for non-commercial personal purposes.
Commercial use or publication of all or any item displayed is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation from Pearl.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
