Shipping and Returns Policy

We aim to dispatch your purchase within 5 working days, if for any reason an item is out of stock or we are unable to meet this timescale we will contact you.

We want you to love your Pearl purchase. However if you are not entirely satisfied we will happily exchange or refund an item.
Please contact us by email, amy@pearllingerie.co.uk, or telephone 0161 434 9067 and we will provide you with a returns number. Please write the returns number clearly on the package to be returned. Any item must be returned to Pearl within 14 days of the invoice date, at the customer’s expense. Please allow time for postage.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with any tags and labels still attached. Items must be fit for resale. (Please note, briefs etc must be tried on over your own underwear)

Any item that we consider to be soiled or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the customer.

We offer free delivery on any exchanges.

All refunds will be credited to the Debit/Credit card used for the purchase as soon as possible and within 10 working days of Pearl receiving the item.

If you consider an item to be faulty please follow returns procedure. We will refund the postage costs of any faulty items returned to us. We will return the product to the manufacturer for investigation. We will then contact you to discuss a refund or exchange.
